LEGAL NOTICE & TERMS OF SERVICE
OFFICIAL REGULATORY DOCUMENT FOR E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS
This document constitutes a binding electronic contract between the website administration (hereinafter
referred to as "the Store", "We", "Us", or "Our") and the user/customer (hereinafter referred to as "You",
"Your", or "Customer") accessing or purchasing from this e-commerce portal. By placing an order, you
unconditionally accept all clauses detailed below.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND PROTECTION
All assets published on this platform, including but not limited to clothing designs, apparel patterns,
photographic imagery, digital graphics, product lookbooks, website text, logos, and promotional media, are the
exclusive intellectual property of our brand. Any unauthorized downloading, copying, reproduction, or
commercial exploitation of these materials on third-party websites or competitive portals without explicit
written consent is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under copyright laws.
2. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES & ABUSE OF CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
While we operate a fair-trade consumer platform offering free delivery options, we maintain zero tolerance for
malicious activities that inflict financial or operational harm on our business. The following behaviors are
strictly prohibited:
1. Placing orders with fraudulent identities, fictitious names, intentionally incorrect shipping addresses, or
invalid contact numbers.
2. Manipulating automated order validation systems or submitting false WhatsApp/Call confirmation
responses.
 NOTICE OF FRAUDULENT PARCEL REJECTIONS:
If a customer places an order with the specific, willful intent to reject or refuse delivery at their doorstep
without a valid, legally justifiable reason, it causes extreme logistics damages (Return to Origin losses).
We reserve the complete legal right to blacklist such users, share their metadata with risk-assessment
networks across major Indian e-commerce infrastructure, and permanently revoke Cash on Delivery
access.

3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION DISCLAIMER
We make every reasonable effort to display the colors, fabrics, textures, and tailoring details of our clothing
products as accurately as possible. However, due to inherent technical variations in smartphone screens,
computer monitors, and studio photographic lighting, minor discrepancies in color shade or fabric perception
may occur. Such natural digital variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect or product
misrepresentation.
4. CODE OF CONDUCT & ANTI-HARASSMENT
Our customer service representatives and delivery coordination staff are entitled to a safe and professional work
environment. Any form of abusive language, profanity, threats, defamation, or digital harassment directed
towards our team via WhatsApp, phone call, or email will result in the immediate and permanent termination of
your user account, cancellation of active orders, and restriction from all future purchases.
5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
All legal matters, disputes, transactions, or claims arising from the usage of this platform or the purchase of
goods shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the prevailing laws of India. Any official dispute
or legal action must be brought exclusively before the courts of appropriate local jurisdiction where the
business operations are formally registered.
